This is an webpage for our paper "Prediction of protein-RNA binding sites by a random forest method with combined features". In the paper, we proposed a novel random forest (RF) method to predict RNA binding sites in proteins by integrated features, including mutual interaction propensity between protein residues and their partner RNA nucleotide. The sequence derived features and structure derived features are also combined together with mutual interaction propensity to build a classifier.
