Introduction#

This is a supporting materails webpage for our paper "Network-based classification of RNA-binding pockets reveals regional structure motifs of RNA recognition on protein surfaces". In the paper, we proposed a protein local structure alignment and built a similarity-network-based classification method to identify the main groups of Protein-RNA binding sites.
