Introduction#
This is a supporting materails webpage for our paper "Structure alignment-based classification of RNA-binding pockets reveals regional structure motifs of RNA recognition on protein surfaces". In the paper, we proposed a protein local structure multiple alignment algorithm and built a similarity-network-based classification strategy to identify the main groups of protein-RNA binding pockets. The dataset, source code and supporting materials are available here. Any question, please contact me via zpliu AT sdu.edu.cn.
